done deal

Escrow closed: sale complete. Many counseling issues ensued (aka different counseling issues followed). Temporarily holding a ridiculous balance all in one place until I figure out how/where to re-distribute things (and how soon the tax man gets his cut). Paid off house mortgage. Pamela & "the arm" disagree with most of what I think is going on... which is par for course. More details in future.
