project rebalance: week 1

Week 1:
Goal: (a) Drop Netflix. (b) Reduce theater. (c)Ponder purpose, method & upcoming changes.

Result:
(a) CHECK. I finished off the in-hand Netflix discs. I returned them all. I sent back parts 2 & 3 of (that 1970s tv mini-series) ROOTS unwatched, because I knew it'd be easier.

(b) CHECK. I dropped several shows (even though I'd already paid). I announced it. I continue to waver between 2 and 3 shows per week, and hypothesize 2-3 is the best, most realistic goal.

(c) CHECK. This idea of weekly increments moving towards the goal seems better than trying to complete a 180 all at once... both less painful and more mindful.

Week 2:
Goal: (a) Maintain progress. (b) Add in one new thing, twice. (c) Continue to ponder purpose, method, & upcoming changes.
